You get access to our full knowledge base, step-by-step setup guides, video walkthroughs, and general email support. Most merchants are up and running within an hour.

A CrushSuite team member joins you on a live 1:1 video call. We walk through your Shopify store, connect CrushSuite and Vinoshipper, configure your compliance rules, and answer every question you have. The session typically takes 45–60 minutes.

We handle everything — setting up your Vinoshipper account, configuring CrushSuite inside Shopify, and connecting the two. You get 3 live training sessions, priority email support for 3 months, and ongoing monitoring to catch and resolve issues before you notice them.

Absolutely. You can purchase a Guided or Concierge setup at any time, even after you've started configuring on your own. We'll pick up wherever you left off.

Most sessions are scheduled within 2–3 business days of purchase. We'll send you a calendar link to pick a time that works for you.

Self-Serve and Guided setups include general email support. The Concierge plan includes 3 months of priority email support with faster response times and proactive monitoring.
